Torch with a Twist at the Jazz Cafe

The Jazz Cafe, located in Detroit's historic Music Hall, was the spot for raucous entertainment when the Detroit-based revue show Torch with a Twist took the stage. Torch with a Twist is a multi-act stage show that harkens back to the vaudeville era. It features a live band playing classic jazz standards accompanying a variety of circus sideshow and burlesque acts. Hostess Grace Detroit welcomed some of Detroit's favorite underground performers including burlesque artists Polly Glamorous and Lushes LaMoan, performance artist Satori Circus, magician Joshua Wilde and belly dancer/ fire performer Leilani.
